“… For one mitzvah draws another mitzvah, and one sin draws another sin…”

The Satmar Rov comments that the zechus of the mitzvah will attract and encourage the person to perform this same mitzvah once again.

The mishnah in Pirkei Avos (4:13) also teaches us that one who transgresses one aveiroh creates for himself a kateigor – a malach who prosecutes in Shamayim. The medrash says that this malach is called by the name of the aveiroh and he tries to cause the person to transgress the same aveiroh again.
Similarly, when a person performs a mitzvah creates a malach who advocates for him in Shamayim. The influence of this malach draws him and inspires him to perform that same mitzvah again.

It is noted that if a person does teshuvah shleimoh, complete repentance, then the malach created from the aveiroh is terminated.
